Emily Coyle
Executive Director
Emily Coyle leads MAHCP's strategic vision and day-to-day operations, bringing deep expertise to healthcare advocacy, convening, and coalition leadership to advance the organization's mission across Montana.
She joined the organization in 2020, previously co-chaired the Alliance for a Healthy Montana during the 2021 and 2023 legislative sessions, and now serves on the Board of Governors of the National Alliance of Healthcare Purchaser Coalitions.
Emily holds a doctorate in public health from the University of Montana and a master's degree in public health, with a policy and management concentration, from the University of Arizona.
Don Creveling
Strategic Advisor
Don Creveling provides strategic counsel to MAHCP, drawing on decades of experience in health care finance, delivery systems, payment reform, population health, pharmacy benefit management, employer benefits and purchaser coalition development.
Don helps employers, health plans, providers and other organizations tackle the cost, quality, accessibility, and effectiveness challenges facing healthcare today.
